1. How does sleep effect your learning?
2. How much sleep do you get each night? Do you think this is enough? Do you feel tired in the morning?
3. Will you change what you do after reading about sleep and learning? Why or why not?
1. Sleep affects our learning by many ways, for example: if students don't get to sleep 9-10 hours, next day in school our brain would not be able to concentrate on everything and within this it will affect to our grades.
2. Each night I get 8-9 hours sleep. I think it's not enough because based on what I learned students must get 9-10 hours sleep. Sometimes in the mornings I feel tired and frustrating but at the same time I try to concentrate on my work.
3. After learning about sleep and learning, I will try to do my all hw's and works on the time so I can finish earlier and get 9-10 hours of sleeping because it's very important, even for grades.
