Energy Drink Reflection

1) What's your opinion about energy drinks?
     
        -I think energy drinks are very bad for people because they contain caffeine. Caffeine raises heart rate and blood pressure, it also stimulates central nervous system. The effects of caffeine are: sleeplessness, headache, and most commonly jitters, which means feeling extreme nervousness. Energy drinks gives us negative health effects. Once you will get use to energy drinks, it will be really hard to stop yourself from drinking it.

2) What's an opposing argument than the one that you have been presented with? What would the drink makers say about this?

       -On the contrary, some people think that energy drinks makes you energetic and helps you to be strong. In one day 200 to 300 mg caffeine is normal. Some people think that caffeine is good for your heart, it's good for heart but "energy drinks" contain more than 200 to 300 mg caffeine. In energy drinks there's more caffeine than in other drinks.
       -Drink makes would say:  This energy drinks are amazing, they will make you feel active, dynamic, strong in few seconds. They are like magic pills.

3) Will you drink them? Why or Why not?

    -No, I would not drink it because it gives negative health effects. I think each individual should take care about his/her health and before you drink or eat something, first know how the product is going to affect to your health.

                                     Vocabulary

1) Climate- (климат) is a weather conditions in area that in general over a long period.
2) Climate Zone- (климатическая зона) Divisions of Earths general climate zones according to average temperatures and average of rainfall.  Three major climate zones on the Earth are : Polar, temperature, tropical zones.
3) Landform- (рельефа) Natural feature of Earths surface.
4) Water Resources- (водные ресурсы)  Source of water that is useful.
5) Natural Resources- (природные ресурсы) Materials or subjects that occur in nature and can be used for economic gain.
6) Natural Disasters- (стихийные бедствия) Natural event such as flooding, earthquake, hurricane that causes great damage.
         
                                Essential Question

  --What are the natural characteristics of a specific country? How does our country define who are we?
     Natural Characteristics are- All beautiful nature that is in Uzbekistan, and they are landforms, water resources, desert, plateau, and weather of each season, for example: hot summers, warm falls, beautiful springs which is full of flowers, and cold winters.
     Culture of Uzbekistan is one of the brightest and original cultures of East. Uzbekistan is a country where sun shines brightly almost all the year around. It seems that this makes Uzbek people like the sun: open-hearted, kind, and the most important hospitable. When any person comes to Uzbeks home, we treat him with sweets and tea and put all delicious food, they have on the table. There's a proverb in Uzbek culture "Respect your guests like your family". Uzbeks love guests and they often organize parties with a lot of guests and go to their friends or relatives homes.

--What did you enjoyed most about this project and why?
6. Mostly I enjoyed finding about
new information about my country that I didn't know before because I found out more interesting places that are in Uzbekistan and I didn't know about them before.

--What was most challenging for you during this project and why?
7. Most challenging part was finding about Natural Disasters that had happened in Uzbekistan because I couldn't find more information based on that.

--What new skills did you learn from doing this project?
8. I learned how to use Animoto and how to create video.

--Is there anything that you could have done to improve any of your work? Explain
9.  I could make my video more longer, add videos, pictures about Uzbek culture but unfortunately I couldn't find much pictures of Uzbek culture.

--What would you change about this project?
10.  I liked this project so much that I don't want to change anything!
